Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to ship via Priority USPS shipping or FedEx. If you need to rush an order, please email us immediately upon placing the order.
We hope you are very happy with your purchase, but if that is not the case you may return the item in new condition with tags attached for a refund or credit towards a future purchase within 7 days of receipt of the item, according to tracking details. One-of-a-kind items, custom and special orders are not returnable and sold as is.
Please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for returns or exchanges to receive approval. You will receive a return authorization number; returns sent without an RA number will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for return shipping but we can provide a return shipping label if needed, and return costs will be deducted from the exchange amount.
Final sale items and gift cards are not returnable, neither are items purchased at store trunk shows, warehouse sales or pop-up shops.
We do thoroughly inspect all shipments before sending however damages can sometimes occur. Please inspect your orders immediately upon receipt and notify us of any damage quickly so we can take care of you right away. Email us with pictures of the box and the damages that occurred.
