Privacy Policy | Terms of Service

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This information is intended to inform you about the manner in which we collect, use, and disclose information that you provide to us.

Website Visitors: Our servers automatically collect information about which pages are visited, the duration of the visit, IP address, browser type, operating system, and other available information embedded in the visit. This information is anonymously gathered through our servers log files and used for internal review, to target information to individual visitors and for website traffic audits.

Data Collected: All personal information from website visitors is on a voluntary basis. This may include your name, address, telephone number, and order information. When an order is processed, additional information is collected for order processing purposes. This information is transmitted to our servers through SSL encryption in order to protect the transmission. Personal information collected allows us to answer questions and process requests that are received electronically. We also may send you emails with about updates to our website or products. You will have the option to opt-out of our mailing list. We do not sell or lease personal information to third parties. If our online store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners in order to continue to sell products to you.

Communication: We provide email addresses on our website to further facilitate communication. Information collected through email may be shared with our customer service department. Non-encrypted electronic communications may be accessed and viewed by other internet users without your knowledge or permission.

Shopify Inc: Our e-commerce platform is provided by Shopify. Your data is stored on a secure server behind a firewall through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the Shopify application.

Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. For more insight, you may also want to read Shopify’s Terms of Service (https://www.shopify.com/legal/terms) or Privacy Statement (https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy).

Security: We have taken measures to keep all information from our visitors secure against any unauthorized access or use. All information is protected by standard security measures which are reviewed quarterly. We use SSL to encrypt our web pages. SSL is the leading standard for encrypting and transmitting sensitive data over the web. When you see “https” rather than “http” in your browsers address window, you are exchanging encrypted data with our server. This will prevent outsiders from obtaining personal data as it is sent to our servers. Secure transactions for this website are done with a private certificate to ensure secure transmission of your information.
